I just sold my house with Kiel and he made a normally anxiety-inducing and chaotic process for me feel so easy it was almost fun! I have worked with other agents for selling previous homes and found many times that they tended to focus on the negative, doing what they thought would make them a quick and easy commission, trying to get me to go below what I was comfortable with and make many expensive changes. Kiel assisted my spouse and I in buying an older home. He found/recommended the BEST inspector who quite literally found EVERYTHING that was wrong with it. Kiel used this inspector (Chris Shack - Shack Inspections) even though his thoroughness can sometimes scare buyers since he does indeed find every issue. The fact that he does so speaks to his integrity and the fact that he's there to support you as the buyer - not to make quick sales. Due to the various issues with the house, Kiel took the lead on finding contractors to provide quotes for the big ticket items and literally stayed at the house in order to meet with them and get their quotes/opinions. He always stayed on top of any paperwork needed and would proactively have us sign various forms (like request to extend, cancel contracts, etc) to ensure we didn't caught in a bind. There's so much more that Kiel did for us - especially since we had a terrible closing - but it would literally be paragraphs of gushing! 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for a realtor who cares and is committed to supporting you.

We had new properties and new neighborhoods to look at every day. My wife and i would drive through and look at the property and the neighborhood to determine if we were interested. if not no problem, we would have a few more the next day.
