My background is a little different. I started in tech at Geek Squad, earned construction certifications, and I’ve trained on the appraiser side of the business. So I look at a house the way a contractor and an appraiser would, and I show you the numbers behind every recommendation.

I specialize in the hardest move there is: selling one home and buying the next one at the same time.
